Terms of Service

Last updated: October 23, 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of usefeedr.com (the “Site”) and the Feedr waitlist. Feedr is currently operated by an individual based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is not yet a registered company. In these Terms, “Feedr”, “we” and “us” mean that individual. By using the Site or joining the waitlist you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Feedr is not available yet

The Feedr product described on the Site and in our emails is still being built and is not available to the public. These Terms do not give you access to it, and joining the waitlist does not create an account.

  • What we say about Feedr describes what we are working towards. It is not a promise of features, quality, results, pricing, availability or a launch date, and it may change or never happen.
  • When the product opens, you will need to accept separate terms to use it. These Terms will not govern the product.

3. The waitlist

  • Who can join. You must be at least 18 years old. Enter an email address that belongs to you or that you have permission to use. Do not enter anyone else’s address.
  • No commitment either way. Joining does not guarantee access, a position, a discount or any benefit. We may invite people in any order or batch, change how the waitlist works, or close it. You may leave at any time.
  • Emails. Joining means we will email you to confirm your place and about Feedr early access, as described in the Privacy Policy. The optional box for tips and product news is separate and is never required. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email.
  • Invitations. An invitation to try Feedr is personal to you and may be subject to additional terms shown at that time.

4. Using the Site

You agree not to:

  • submit false, automated or bulk sign-ups, or use scripts to get around our rate limits or form protections;
  • try to access any part of the Site, its servers or any data that is not meant to be public;
  • interfere with the operation of the Site or probe it for weaknesses other than as described in section 6;
  • copy or scrape the Site’s content at scale, or use it in breach of the law.

We may block access to the Site, or remove a waitlist entry, if we believe these Terms are being broken or the Site is being abused.

5. Restricted areas

Parts of the Site are restricted to people we have authorized in advance. That the Site contains such areas does not mean the product is public. Trying to access them without authorization is not allowed. If you have been given access, it is personal to you and may be removed at any time.

6. Reporting a security problem

If you find a security problem, please email hello@usefeedr.com with the details. Please do not access, change or share data that is not yours, and give us a reasonable time to fix the problem before you tell anyone else.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, graphics, logo and the Feedr name belong to Feedr or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Site, but you receive no license to the Feedr product, brand or code.

8. Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party services, such as hosting and email delivery, and may link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and the waitlist are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including about availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or the waitlist. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or removes rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you join the waitlist and how you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

12. Changes

We may change, suspend or end the Site or the waitlist at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a new version here with a new date. If a change is significant, we will tell waitlist members by email. Using the Site after a change means you accept it.

13. General

If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement about the Site and the waitlist.
