Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

1. Who we are and what this covers

This policy explains how personal information is handled on usefeedr.com (the “Site”) and the Feedr waitlist. Feedr is currently operated by an individual based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is not yet a registered company. In this policy, “Feedr”, “we” and “us” mean that individual.

The Feedr product is not available to the public yet. This policy covers only the Site and the waitlist. We will publish an updated policy before the product opens.

Contact for anything about your information: hello@usefeedr.com. We do not have a registered company or a public mailing address at this time.

2. What we collect

When you join the waitlist

  • Your email address. This is the only thing you type. We store it in lower case.
  • When and how you joined: the date and time, the page you used, and the version of the sign-up notice you saw.
  • Whether you ticked the optional box for occasional tips and product news, when you ticked it, and the version of its wording. The box is separate from joining and is never ticked for you.
  • Your email status: whether you are subscribed, unsubscribed or blocked from email, why, and when it changed.

We do not create an account for you, and we do not ask for your name, a password, your phone number or payment details.

Collected automatically

  • A code made from your IP address, to limit abuse. When you submit the form, our server reads your IP address and turns it into a one-way, keyed code. We store the code and a timestamp, not the IP address. The code is still a pseudonymous identifier, so we treat it as personal information.
  • Hosting logs. Our hosting provider records routine technical information about requests to the Site, such as IP address, browser type, page requested and time, to keep the Site secure and running. We do not control how long the provider keeps these logs.

Email delivery information. When we email you, our email provider tells us whether the message was delivered, bounced, was reported as spam, or whether you unsubscribed. We keep the provider’s message ID and a short result code.

Messages you send us. If you write to hello@usefeedr.com or reply to one of our emails, we receive your message and your email address.

Restricted areas. Some parts of the Site are restricted to people we have authorized in advance. If you are one of them, signing in uses your email and password and sets the cookies needed to keep you signed in.

3. Cookies and tracking

The waitlist pages, this policy and the Terms set no cookies of our own and use no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own site.

Bot check. The signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs. When the form loads, your browser loads a script from Cloudflare, which runs a check in your browser and may show you a short challenge. Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical information about your browser and device to do this, and may store information on your device as part of the check; we do not control that. When you submit the form, we send the result of the check (and your IP address) to Cloudflare to confirm it is genuine. Cloudflare handles that information under its own privacy policy. The legal pages do not load Cloudflare.

4. How we use your information

  • To keep your place on the waitlist and confirm it, including one confirmation email after you join.
  • To tell you about Feedr early access, for example when it opens. These launch-related emails are part of joining the waitlist.
  • To send occasional tips and product news, only if you ticked the optional box. See section 5.
  • To honour unsubscribes, bounces and spam reports, so we stop emailing addresses that should not be emailed.
  • To prevent abuse and keep the Site secure, using the IP-derived code and hosting logs.
  • To answer your messages and requests.
  • To comply with the law and protect our rights.

Where the law where you live requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (joining the waitlist, and the optional box), our legitimate interest in running and securing the Site and honouring opt-outs, and legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.

We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use waitlist information to train or run any AI system.

5. Email

  • Waitlist and launch emails. When you join, we send one confirmation email, and later we may email you about early access. These are limited to what the waitlist is for.
  • Optional tips and product news. This is separate from joining and happens only if you tick the box. We do not currently send promotional emails or newsletters. If we start, we will send them only to people who ticked the box and confirmed it, and every such email will have an unsubscribe link. Ticking the box is a request that we record; typing someone else’s address cannot opt them in, because submitting the form again never changes an existing entry.
  • Unsubscribing. Every email has an unsubscribe link and the standard one-click unsubscribe header that mail apps show. Unsubscribing stops all of our waitlist emails, including launch updates, and we tell our email provider so you are removed from our lists. The link keeps working indefinitely.
  • Bounces and spam reports. If an address bounces permanently or reports us as spam, we stop emailing it.
  • Submitting the form again does not resubscribe you. Only a written request from you can.

6. Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the waitlist. They process information for us and only for that purpose:

  • Supabase, which hosts our database (everything we store about the waitlist).
  • Vercel, which hosts the Site and runs its server code (request data and logs).
  • Cloudflare, which runs the bot check on the signup form (your IP address and technical information about your browser).
  • Resend, which sends our emails and keeps our email contact list (your email address, the emails we send, delivery events and your unsubscribe status).
  • Our email hosting provider for hello@usefeedr.com (messages you send us).

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or people’s safety, or if the project is transferred to another person or company, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the information until you are told otherwise.

7. International transfers

Feedr is operated from the United Arab Emirates, and our providers may store and process information in other countries, which may have different data protection laws from your own. By joining the waitlist you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries.

8. How long we keep it

  • Your waitlist entry (email, sign-up details, preferences): for as long as you remain subscribed and your email is needed for early-access updates, or until you ask us to delete it.
  • If you unsubscribe: we keep your address and your opt-out so that we do not email you again, until you ask us to delete it. If you then ask for deletion, we delete the address and keep only a one-way code of it, so that your opt-out is still respected.
  • Accounts for authorized sign-in: the account email is kept while the account is active.
  • Email delivery events and message records: 90 days, then deleted automatically.
  • The IP-derived anti-abuse codes: 7 days, then deleted automatically.
  • Messages you send us: as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards.
  • Hosting and email-provider logs: according to each provider’s own schedule, which we do not control.

We may keep information longer where the law requires it.

9. Your choices and rights

  • Unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of any email.
  • Ask us at hello@usefeedr.com to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or stop how we use it, give you a copy, or withdraw a consent you gave. Which of these rights you have depends on where you live. We may ask you to reply from the email address in question so that we know the request comes from its owner.
  • Deleting your entry removes your waitlist record and its email records from our database and your contact from our email provider. If you had unsubscribed, we keep only the one-way code described in section 8.
  • We will respond as soon as we reasonably can and within the time required by the law that applies to you.
  • You may also contact the data protection authority in your country if you are unhappy with how we handle your information.

10. Security

The waitlist database is closed to the public: only our servers can read or write it. Traffic to the Site is encrypted in transit. The IP-derived codes are keyed one-way hashes, and unsubscribe links are signed so they cannot be guessed. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. To report a security problem, see our Terms (section 6).

11. Age

Feedr and the waitlist are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has joined, email us and we will delete their entry.

12. Changes to this policy

We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top. If we change how we use waitlist information in a way that matters to you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
